Set your Organization's Default Timezone

How do I change the default timezone?

  1. Select your name in the bottom left corner of the page.

  2. Select System Preferences.

  3. Underneath "Organization Time Zone" click Update.

  4. Select the correct timezone and click Save to apply the update.

Who can change the default timezone?

Admin

Full access

Manager

No access

Employee

No access

What does changing timezones affect in the system?

  • The timezone is used for all dates on exports of polls, surveys, files, employee conversations, all messages, and activity logs.

  • The timezone is also used in Frontline Intelligence for better reporting of time based questions. (i.e. Who called off of work today?)
